Javier Martinez** sits on the couch in his living room with his girlfriend of two years and their cat. It’s a typical Wednesday night for them. Javier lives a simple life, he gets up every morning, goes to work and comes home to eat dinner and spends time with his girlfriend. From looking at him, you wouldn’t know the hardships he’s endured. From speaking to him, you wouldn’t know that it took him eight years to learn English.
